Terms of Service — Praeco

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Praeco (praeco.cc), including our web application, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Bîrsan Rareș-Sânzian PFA (CUI 54056450), Bucharest, Romania.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Praeco lets you build and send email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns to your audience, using content synced from your website (WordPress, Shopify, or other sources) and your own branding.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Praeco to:

  • Send unsolicited messages to recipients who have not consented, in violation of applicable anti-spam laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction)
  • Send content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others
  • Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the security of the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

You are solely responsible for the content of the campaigns you send and for obtaining any required consent from your recipients.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and the data you collect through Praeco (subscriber lists, campaign content, brand assets). By using the Service, you grant Praeco a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Third-party integrations

Praeco relies on third-party providers (Resend, Twilio, Supabase, Cloudflare, and others) to deliver messages and operate the platform. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the acceptable use policies of those providers, particularly regarding email, SMS, and WhatsApp sending rules.

6. Fees and billing

Certain features of Praeco may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required to comply with legal obligations or requirements from our infrastructure providers (e.g., repeated spam complaints affecting email deliverability for all users).

You may close your account at any time; certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that messages will always be delivered successfully, as delivery depends in part on third-party providers and recipient mail/SMS/WhatsApp systems outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praeco and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
